Novus Informations LLC ("we", "us", or "our") built the GPS Satellite View: World Maps application (Package Name: com.weatherforecast.gpssatelliteview.worldmaps) as an ad-supported application. This service is provided by Novus Informations LLC and is intended for use as is.

Precise and Approximate Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): The App requires access to your real-time location while the App is in use to provide core features, including:

Push Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): With your permission, we use notifications to send you navigation updates, travel reminders, and operational alerts.

Log and Diagnostic Data: When using the App, we collect technical data such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), network state, and app crash logs to troubleshoot errors and optimize performance.

2. Local Data Storage
All user-saved personal entries—such as pinned parking spots, saved custom routes, and bookmarked favorite places (Home, Office, Shop)—are stored locally on your device using a local database (Room). We do not transmit or store your saved locations on our external servers.

The App integrates trusted third-party software development kits (SDKs) to deliver mapping, advertising, and analytics services. These third-party providers have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

Analytics and Diagnostic Data: Third-party providers retain diagnostic logs according to their standard retention schedules.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.
